We now have the capability to offer video advertising as part of our pre-show presentation. Video advertisements will need to meet standard style requirements, be professionally produced, be a specified length and meet our technical specifications.

Screen Advertising
Why not promote your business or coming event on the State's seven screens?
A captive audience and big screen impact are good reasons to advertise at the State. Your advertisement will screen prior to a minimum of 30
screenings per day - which is 200+ screenings per week, to in excess of 180 000 people per year!
In advertising with us you will reach a mature and educated demographic, a group not always easy to access through conventional advertising methods. State Cinema patrons are often people who are seeking high quality experiences and products to enhance their lifestyle.

| All fees are including GST, and the first installment is payable in advance. |
Just a couple of notes:
- Your advertisement should be a still image, and will be on screen for approximately 20 seconds, on every public screening each day
- Our background music is played alongside the presentation - voiceovers are not available.
- On-screen advertisers are permitted to place a small amount of brochures (A5, DL or smaller) in our foyer for the duration of their advertising period.
Technical Requirements
Please provide us with the following materials:
- Electronic copies of your advertisement or poster – images can be in JPEG or PDF format and sized between 300KB to 500KB
- Images should be in a landscape layout, typically of a 16:9 aspect ratio
We reserve the right to make any changes to the material in accordance with the style and approach of our advertising program.
The State Cinema reserves the right to refuse to screen proposed advertisements at its sole discretion.
