Auditorium Hire applies where you have your own original material to screen, or have obtained screening rights from the copyright holder. Where screening original material, a copy must be supplied to the cinema for testing to ensure screening quality prior to confirmation of the booking. If screening other material, written evidence of screening rights from the current copyright holder must be provided prior to confirmation of the booking.

Exclusive Use of a Cinema for a Current Film Screening - Private Screenings are for groups that wish to hold a screening of a current film of their choice, and enjoy exclusive use of the auditorium. Private Screenings are therefore suited to Fundraising groups also. Rates quoted include auditorium hire, film admission and ticket handling by our Box Office. Use of additional facilities in the auditorium will incur extra costs.
School Group Private Screenings can be booked for weekday mornings, commencing at approximately 9.00 – 9.15am. All Now Showing titles are available, along with Coming Soon from the release date and onwards. A minimum of 20 tickets must be purchased to book a screening, and a special discount student rate is offered, including one complimentary staff entry per 20 students. Screenings are occasionally available on short notice, however generally 10 days notice is ideal.

Group Bookings are for the bulk purchase of discount tickets to a specific scheduled public session. Group Bookings must be confirmed and tickets purchased, in a single transaction, no less than 24 hours prior to the screening which you are attending. Tickets apply only to the session stated, and cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash. You will be sharing the auditorium with members of the public.
